On account of recent events, it might be viable to start considering making PP Primaries mandatory to avoid things like this month.

Vote cancelling is allowed on the poll, in case you change your mind during debate.

Of coarse it should be mandatory, it's happened before when a candidate applies before midnight (remember nucks)
they'll get a few votes during the morning mostly because we choose not to message the party before and we have some split votes.

I agree if we get more members active on the forums, they seem pretty biased when we only get 10 votes on it.
