CP December Discussion

So Far, EPD has announced his candidacy, but I don't suggest supporting him after his last Article that was full of insults for the UPC, CW and CPF. Jacobi has announced he will run if no legit CPF candidate shows up to play, nothing else known.

We'll start talking about options now, see if any of our own want to make a real run, and discuss our options for support as they show up.

Maybe MDP, Mary Chan is cool.

Other than that, if Kronos makes a legit run hes an option.

Why would the majority of UPC want to vote for the party run by Rolo, who tried to PTO us less than a month ago.

Seems sort of counterproductive to put one of his candidates in the power seat.
Anyways, I was speaking from my own perspective, I will not support SoA. If I wanted to speak for the Party, I would have said "We're not supporting SoA" or "The UPC will not..."

no matter, if the party as a whole choses to support some other party then UPC should do it. By your logic Chewy then most of UPC should have went to CPF because we supported EPD last CP election

We supported EPD to counter the Rolo threat, We support CP candidates that suit our interests, and for a better eCanada, and I'm pretty sure Rylde and Rolo aren't those people.

According to our platform

• b. Supplying MU's only if they agree to and carry out both supplying members as they see fit and using a portion of the funding to help players become self sustaining

I meant that if someone wants to support Rolo, this probably isn't the best party to support him considering the general consensus is strongly Anti-rolo

EPD was the CP candidate who embodied our platform best, and Rolo is the complete opposite considering he has none of the values we look for in a CP candidate.

as far as I know Rolo only goes against one of these points in the UPC platform

I'm pretty sure Rylde always called out his opposition whenever they disagreed with him and the typical "go cut yourself and die in a tub" response whenever something that he planned for was blocked. There's a reason why they wanted a majority in congress, to take it away from others.

I was talking about Rolo and not Rylde

Going on an inference here but I'm pretty sure he wants congress majority and CP seat so he can do what he wants. To mess around with us. Way I see it, not directly but certainly at least indirectly would like to remove the voice of other people who disagree with him, as they're the ones standing in the way of his lust for power.

People change, parties change.

The way you guys treat Rolo, its understandable he would PTO you.

Rolo and his gang are great if you get to know them. I propose we start making some positive relations with them. I don't mean going there and being Rolo's puppet, I mean just to solve things out and make us good friends.
