"Hello members of the United Party of Canada,
I have been offered an opportunity to share a few words with you regarding my bid in our up and coming election for President of Canada.
In the coming chapter of our history as a nation, I would welcome both your assistance and support to create a term in office where the CP works in the best interests of all Canadians. An office that works beyond the confines of party loyalties, or worse simply ignores the needs of our people. We have been without strong leadership in the executive office for too long. We deserve a plan to make us great once again. We deserve a CP that will stick to and follow through on the execution of that plan.
I respectfully feel that I have that plan. Many parties speak of direction, yet few put forth the concrete steps to get us there. I have outlined many examples in my previous campaign of how we can rebuild the economy and make us a stronger country. How we can create a stable diplomacy with other nations to not only increase our security, but make our presence felt in the international world. I want to build a country that isn’t reactionary. A country that is prepared. Ready of the adversities that come and with pride know that we have a direction.
We have become too familiar with bitter hostilities and open animosities between parties. People are tired of the endless circling that divides our country and costs us stability. We both want and need unity. We want to build ourselves up into the nation that we know we can be. During last month’s election my first words were on the communities that unite us, the need to work together as a nation and that our adversaries are outside our borders and not our neighbors. My policies include all Canadian parties, respect our differences and promote our independent strengths. I do not want to be elected to office to prevent another party from seeking power. I want to be the fair and balanced representative of all parties, of all people as the elected representative of all Canadians should be.
The United Party of Canada has a voice and that voice deserves to be heard. I would be honored to be your true representative in this election for the executive office of Canadian President. To see our united goals promoted and our country achieve its greatest potential.
If you feel that I have represented myself well, I respectfully ask for your support in our next election for President of Canada.
If you have any questions your wish to ask of me, I am available to answer them.
Thank you for this opportunity, your time and consideration.
