Party President October 2012

PP elections are coming up, so we need to decide on who we want to vote for. As of now, Lord Julian Moretti, Ra s al Ghul and Bryce325 are all running.

I don't mind losing my seat as long as the party's morals stay. I (with some help) got it to 25 members from an inactive 16 so I'm happy with my term.

I would like to keep you as Party President, you seem to have done a great job with your group in the last month.

I second support for Julian.

If he could bring up the Prosperity Party like that almost on his own, imagine what he can do with some active members to help him.

I'm withdrawing my candidacy.

So it's come down to the last elections candidates: Julian and Bryce.

Haven't seen much out of Bryce, so I think we'll have the votes to put Julian into the seat again.

i will run for the party president election but if you think we better keep Julian as president, i will retire for this election....

I think all the candidates should say something so we know what we are voting for in the first place. I'm still very much undecided and the clock is ticking.

I've added a poll with the current Candidates, it will run for 3 days.

All Candidates can state what they would do as PP here. IF you vote for someone, but then change your mind after reading what another had to say, Vote Cancelling has been activated.

I (myself) stand for nothing more then the party platform. With that said. I'd like to see Canada grow generally stronger. Canada should be lead by a person who knows a bit about real politics, who does not jump into wars or alliances, and who acts on things which end up hurting his or her home land.

Canada should be governed by people who wont steal, lie, or troll. Taxes should be moderate to encourage domestic shopping and pay should be no less then 50 per job or else it's impossible to make an effect of the grand scheme of things.

So, in summery. I hope to lead this party to being one of the largest and most well respected. If elected for congress or even President, i hope to take strategic action to better Canada as a whole. Join alliances that would benefit Canada and not my pocket. Attack only when necessary and make trades only if it makes our living conditions better.

That's my stance in a nutshell.

I'm throwing my hat into the ring. I have been helping us this party as VP since Julian was elected PP a month ago. I spread the word about the party and I know I got quite a few members to join. I think I could be more effective if I was actual PP. Best of Luck to the rest

Lord Julian Moretti has been selected by the Party to go into a second term as Party President.

It is requested that all other candidates resign from the Race out of respect to the Official Candidate, and prepare for the next Party President Nomination Vote.

No offense there Ardikus but this poll has only 6 votes out of a party of 51 members (since last checked) so I have a hard time thinking that this poll has any legitimacy and therefore must refrain from dropping out.

No Offense Lord Beorn, but thats 7 Members out of 14 on the Forum, and we need to elect an official Candidate before the 15th and stick to him or her in the votes so that we don't have a split vote and risk being PTO'd by some random person who joins the party and election on the last day.

Its a Precautionary measure.

PP is one thing.. President is another....

For this month I agree to be more prudent for the PP elections, but I think that in the next month, it need to be an open race between all serious candidate, unless a PTO is attempt.

Exactly the concept, by next month, we will be far more established, and will know more about who will stick with the Party. Along with getting to know our members better and becoming more of a team. The trust will be improved greatly and we won't have to take as much caution with PP elections.

I got to ask, who made these rules of polls and time lines, do we have a party Constitution were this is in?

Well, having an official Candidate to reduce the chance of a PTO is a very common idea for parties.

And I set the Poll Time limit because we needed a decision made before the election day to clear things up, such as this.

Next month, and every month after that (Unless we are under a big threat of a PTO, as Frank said) it will be an open election for every Candidate.
